Setting Up Payment Methods for SMS, Email, and Phone Services
This SOP outlines the steps to add a payment method in the Tutormax platform to enable SMS and email campaigns, phone calls, and phone number purchases.
Key Steps
1. Access Settings 0:01
- Log in to your Tutormax account.
- Navigate to the Settings section.
2. Go to Billing 0:12
- Click on the Billing option in the settings menu.
3. Add Payment Method 0:12
- Select the option to Add Payment Method.
- Choose either a debit card or credit card as your payment method.
4. Purchase Phone Number and Add Credits 0:29
- Once the payment method is successfully added, proceed to purchase a phone number.
- Add credits to your profile as needed.
