How to connect your calendar inside TutorMax
This SOP outlines the steps to connect a calendar for booking appointments, ensuring seamless integration with your scheduling tools.
Key Steps
1. Access Calendar Settings 0:00
- After completing your business and personal profile, navigate to the calendar settings.
- Go to Settings > My Profile > Calendar Settings.
2. Add New Calendar 0:08
- Click on Add New.
- Select Connect to initiate the calendar connection process.
3. Choose Google Calendar 0:18
- It is recommended to use Google Calendar for easy integration.
- A dialog box will appear for you to select your email address.
4. Select Email Address 0:27
- Ensure that the email address you select is the one associated with your Google Calendar.
- Click on Connect.
5. Confirm Connection 0:37
- Hit Continue to finalize the connection to your calendar.
6. Add Conflict Calendars (Optional) 0:58
- If you have additional calendars to check for conflicts, add them in the Conflict Calendars section.
