This SOP outlines the steps to collect custom dollar amounts from customers using the Lead Connected mobile app without creating products or payment links.

Key Steps


Step 1: Open the Lead Connected Mobile App 0:00

  • Launch the Lead Connected mobile app on your device.
  • Locate and click on the dollar icon in the middle of the screen.

Step 2: Enter the Amount to Charge 0:10

  • Input the dollar amount you wish to charge the customer.
  • Click on 'Review Sale' to proceed.

Step 3: Add Customer Information 0:20

  • Enter the name of the customer you want to charge.
  • If the customer does not exist in your CRM, search for them and create a new contact.
