Manually Book Appointments with Leads on Your Sales Calendar! 📅

This SOP outlines the steps to book a lead or contact into a scheduled appointment using both the web and mobile applications.

Key Steps


Step 1: Access the Appointment Booking Feature 0:00

  • Open the web application.
  • Click on the lightning icon on your dashboard.
  • Select 'Open Book an Appointment'.

Step 2: Select Calendar and Team Member 0:16

  • In the dialog box, select the calendar (usually the free assessment calendar).
  • Choose a team member or leave it as the default.

Step 3: Choose Available Time Slot 0:32

  • Select an available time slot from your connected calendar.

  • Enter the name of the contact booking the appointment.
  • If the contact is not in the system, create a new contact by entering their name, email, and phone number.
