Manually Book Appointments with Leads on Your Sales Calendar! 📅
This SOP outlines the steps to book a lead or contact into a scheduled appointment using both the web and mobile applications.
Key Steps
Step 1: Access the Appointment Booking Feature 0:00
- Open the web application.
- Click on the lightning icon on your dashboard.
- Select 'Open Book an Appointment'.
Step 2: Select Calendar and Team Member 0:16
- In the dialog box, select the calendar (usually the free assessment calendar).
- Choose a team member or leave it as the default.
Step 3: Choose Available Time Slot 0:32
- Select an available time slot from your connected calendar.
Step 4: Enter Contact Information 0:42
- Enter the name of the contact booking the appointment.
- If the contact is not in the system, create a new contact by entering their name, email, and phone number.
Step 5: Book the Appointment 0:58
- Click on 'Book an Appointment' to finalize the booking.

- Open the Lead Connector app on your mobile phone.
- Click on the lightning button and select 'Book an Appointment'.

- Choose the contact who is booking the appointment.
- Select the calendar and available time slot.

- Hit 'Save' to successfully book the appointment.
